Your recovery key was generated when you first created your account. It looks like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Because Budget iT uses zero-knowledge encryption, your recovery key is the only way to decrypt your financial data if you reset your password. We do not have access to it.

If you don't have your recovery key, you can still reset your password, but your encrypted vault data will be inaccessible.
